The recent earthquake in Syria and Turkey

On the sixth of this February, the world woke up to the shocking news of an earthquake that struck Turkey and large areas of Syria, leaving great destruction in the infrastructure and residential homes, and thousands of innocent people from both countries were killed, and this number is expected to increase every minute because there are thousands trapped under the rubble waiting for the arrival of the rescue teams that strive Since the first hours, to meet the distress calls of thousands of stranded people, but the massive destruction in the roads and buildings makes it more difficult than the mind might imagine, as the matter amounts to a humanitarian disaster in every sense of the word.
Every minute there is a person trapped under the rubble who loses his life in a country that is considered one of the world's strongest countries, such as Turkey, which has strong infrastructure and an advanced economy, and organizations qualified and trained in such environmental disasters, let alone a country like Syria that has been under war for twelve years.
As for Syria, which is currently divided into areas of different control. All parties are suffering from poverty, homelessness and cold, as a result of the war, and the winter season, which in itself is considered an annual situation for which humanitarian organizations mobilize due to the lack of fuel or even its absence, and the displacement of thousands and their need for the minimum they need. Humans in order to survive. The intensity of the earthquake was more severe in the regions of northern Syria, due to its proximity to the epicenter of the devastating earthquake, which had an intensity of 7'9 on the Richter scale, so entire buildings were wiped out and leveled to the ground.
Turkey is the only outlet for humanitarian aid to these areas, and Turkey, the northern neighbor of these affected areas, has contributed to its humanitarian support since the beginning of the war there.
And because Turkey is suffering from the consequences of the devastating earthquake in ten cities that were classified as affected cities currently, and the Turkish President declared a state of emergency there for a period of three months. For these reasons, the matter has worsened in the liberated northern regions of Syria.
It also prompted the residents there to rely on their own efforts with their tools and experiences that they gained during the years of war, and to extract those trapped under the rubble of the bombing - and the White Helmets team is the only trained body currently operating in those areas, despite the scale of the disaster that leveled hundreds of buildings to the ground.
Many countries of the world have responded to the appeal of those affected and extended a helping hand to Turkey by sending teams specialized in rescue and recovery of victims since the first hours of the earthquake.
Search operations are still ongoing in an effort to save the lives of those trapped under the rubble in both countries.

Lands and real estate around the new water canal in Istanbul

New Istanbul Canal

Like an artery that will pump life throughout Istanbul in parallel with the artery of the famous Bosphorus Strait, the new Istanbul Canal project has been announced since 2011, and work is underway to construct the canal that will connect the Sea of Marmara and the Black Sea, and it is planned to construct six bridges over the canal to facilitate movement between the two banks of the canal, in addition to Building a railway for the movement of trains, and this will make movement between the outskirts of the city and the canal easy and fast, including freight and human transportation.

These days, there is a lot of talk on news stations and social media about the new Istanbul Canal project, which will be announced to open in 2023. At a time when many seek to own a house or land in central and vital areas for huge amounts, it may be all they have in terms of savings. There is a project being built in Istanbul designed to give a new life in a point that will be one of the most vital and central areas in the coming days.

The new Istanbul Canal project, which will soon compete with the Bosphorus Strait, which will connect the Black Sea with the Sea of Marmara and be a waterway for commercial ships, is a new birth for a new Istanbul that will not be less important than the Bosphorus Strait and may precede it by stages when construction is completed and work begins, and this will certainly revive the areas surrounding the canal as well. This is the case of the Bosphorus Strait, and the price of each meter there will increase. In addition to the commercial mission of that canal, there will be islands surrounding it that will be made of dust extracted from the works of opening the canal.

These islands will not be less important than the artificial islands of Dubai, but will compete with the most important international tourist sites in terms of location, importance and imaginary view. Each building will be able to build on it, and the value of any square meter will not be less than the matter around the Bosphorus Strait.
The Turkish state is now working on completing a metro line project from Istanbul's new airport - located near the scheme of the new Istanbul Canal that is being built - towards the center of Istanbul. .
It is planned to construct buildings surrounding the canal within earthquake-resistant standards that enjoy modernity and safety at the same time. These buildings will include hotels, restaurants and commercial centers, as is the case in every vital place in Istanbul.
The Istanbul Water Canal project and its surrounding projects is definitely the plan of the smart and shrewd investors, because whoever places a stone in that place will be a stone of gold after a few years, for example, the prices of lands will rise around the new Istanbul Canal project because it will become the focus of attention of investors and their wishes because all Land around the canal is a project of a restaurant, hotel, commercial center or a distinct residential building
The site on which the new Istanbul Canal is being built is
The pristine, fertile location for every clean investment in the coming days, and the place that everyone with insight looks at.
The Istanbul Water Canal will generate billions of revenues every year, and it will not be easy to think of owning a property in a place like this after years, while it is still possible and easy for many investors who aspire to own a property in Istanbul, let alone who will own a property for a small price, like someone who buys and hoards gold to days not so long ago.
