Property in Savaştepe, Balıkesir

Savaştepe has a small district centre with everyday shops, schools and services, surrounded by villages and fields. The pace is slow and neighbours know each other. Away from the centre, homes are often detached houses with gardens, and plots are larger than in coastal areas. For larger hospitals and major shopping, residents usually drive to a bigger city nearby, such as Balıkesir.

For land and village homes, check the zoning status (imar durumu), whether the plot is classed as farmland (tarla), road access, water and electricity.
