What the website is for

The site provides information about properties and projects in Turkey, guides for buyers and ways to contact us. Using it is free. Sending a form or a message does not create a brokerage contract or any obligation to buy or sell. If you decide to work with us, the services and our fees are agreed in writing before any commitment.

Listings and information

• Listing information comes from property owners and developers and may change at any time, including price, availability and features. It is not an offer and does not form a contract.
• Photos, floor plans and visuals are for illustration. Please confirm the details with us before you make a decision.
• Before a purchase, we check the title deed. If information on the site differs from the land registry records, the official records prevail.
• Our guides give general information only. They are not legal, tax or immigration advice, and rules and fees can change. For your own situation, ask us or a qualified professional.

Prices and currency conversion

Prices are shown in the original currency set by the owner or developer. Amounts in other currencies are approximate: they are converted at the daily reference rates of the European Central Bank and are for information only. The price that counts is the one agreed in writing between buyer and seller.

The site links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp and map services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.
