Founded in Trabzon in 2009, we have handled the purchase and sale of more than 4,500 properties in Turkey, from our offices in Trabzon and Istanbul.
Our story
Buruj Real Estate opened its first office in Trabzon in 2009, and Trabzon is still where we live and work. We know the neighbourhoods we show from everyday life: which streets stay quiet, which slopes look out over the Black Sea, how a district changes between winter and the busy summer months. When you buy in Trabzon through us, you buy in the city we call home, and we are still here after the keys are handed over.
Since then we have handled the purchase and sale of more than 4,500 properties in Turkey. Our head office is in Pelitli, Ortahisar, close to Trabzon Airport, and our main branch is in Başakşehir, Istanbul. From these two offices we also help clients who are looking in other cities, such as Kocaeli, Sakarya, Bursa and Balıkesir.
Part of the Buruj group
Buruj Real Estate belongs to the Buruj group, which works in real estate, construction, tourism and trading. Our sister company, Rahal Tourism, has been active in tourism since 2012 and holds TÜRSAB licence no. 8751. It arranges airport transfers, hotels and tours, which makes it easier to plan a trip to see properties or to sign at the land registry.
How we work
Honest advice comes first: if an asking price looks too high, or a property does not fit your plans, we tell you. Before you commit, we check the title deed and its land registry record. Then we handle the paperwork with you: the tax number, the sworn translator and the land registry appointment. For residence and citizenship files we work with licensed valuers and lawyers. After the purchase we stay in touch to help with utilities and furnishing and, if you ask, with renting out or reselling. Our fees are agreed in writing before any commitment.
