Nilüfer is Bursa's modern residential district in the west of the city, with planned streets, parks, shopping centres and many newer residential sites. It is popular with families and professionals and well connected to the rest of Bursa. It suits buyers who want a contemporary home with services close by.
Bursa, Kocaeli and Sakarya are three provinces near Istanbul with lower prices and more nature. Choose Trabzon for mild summers and nature, Bursa for permanent living near Istanbul, and Antalya for sea and sun.
